exhaust rear mount ideas

j'ai fabriqué un tuyau d'échappement et l'ai monté de manière rigide sur le cylindre. j'ai également ajouté des supports au milieu et à l'avant du tuyau principal provenant du support de montage de l'échappement d'origine. mais en raison de la longueur impliquée, le tuyau oscille ou vibre.
Quelqu'un a-t-il trouvé une solution pour rendre le tuyau plus stable tout en lui permettant de vibrer ?

Je ne veux pas utiliser le joint à rotule Doppler car il est assez restrictif à l'intérieur.

i have made an exhaust pipe and mounted it rigidly to the cylinder. i have also added brackets to the the middle and front of the main pipe taken from the original exhaust mounting bracket. but due to the length involved the pipe wobbles or vibrates.
has anyone found a solution to make the pipe more steady but still allow to swing?

i dont want to use the doppler ball joint as it is quite restrictive inside.

Bravo pour ton pot d'échappement, il semble avoir des angles peu prononcés ce qui favoriserait la souplesse et plage d'utilisation.

Le fonctionnement sans rotule est compliqué avec un échappement tout en longueur, le porte à faux va engendrer des résonances et vibrations qui risquent d'être destructeur.

En montage fixe, il faudrait plutôt un echappement compact et ramassé type scooter.

j'ai conçu 2 pots d'échappement, celui-ci est une copie du doppler streetcup mais plus long pour culminer à 9250 rpm. les proportions sont fausses selon fritz overmars et prof blair. j'ai donc conçu un pot en ligne avec les pourcentages de fritz overmars. et je suis à mi-chemin dans sa fabrication.

je suis sûr qu'il y a un moyen d'avoir un lien mobile comme le doppler mais sur le cadre et non sur le bras oscillant. peut-être une combinaison de 2 pivots ou liens mobiles. je me demandais juste si quelqu'un d'autre avait fait cela. 2 liens pivotants permettraient toujours le mouvement libre du tuyau se balançant d'avant en arrière mais le garderaient immobile latéralement.

i am sure there is a way to have a moving link like the doppler but on the frame and not the swinging arm. maybe a combination of 2 pivots or movable links. i just wondered if someone else had done this. 2 pivoting links would still allow free movement of the pipe swinging back and forth but keep it still sideways.
